We have been operating as business advisors since 1995 and specially in the childcare sector since 1999.

 

We are enthusiastic and solutions focused in our approach and like to make sure we get to the root cause of problems and develop solutions that are in the best interests of our customers.

 

We are proud to be non-political in our work, meaning that we will not work in a way that is politically motivated, put simply, we deliver the best results for you, the childcare provider, under whatever given Government childcare policies are in place.

 

We are also an independent organization, meaning we do not have members to please and therefore we are able to act impartially independent of Government and Local authorities.

Raymond Easton

Ray has many years experience as a business and management consultant within the public sector on the Early Years, Childcare and Education agenda and also in the private sector specialising in business process analysis and profit improvement and projects. He is an Operations management professional with a keen sense of strategy and with a successful track record working with central and local government, large and small private companies. He has a strong background in the Early Years sector working as a national advisor to the DfE and undertaking a variety of projects with regional government offices and local authorities. Other areas of expertise include the development and delivery of bespoke training courses and mentoring for small childcare provider businesses.

I met you guys yesterday in Plymouth and have been over thinking ever since. I am an owner with two sites; about to be three and I spend too much time working - not enough time being strategic! Obviously, the new nursery is strategic and I kind of know what is going on but it really made me reflect. 

I cannot wait to get the template and get started to improve my efficiency although I may need to have more involvement with you when I feel I am in a more competent state with my ducks in a row!! 

I just wanted to say thank you....even though I woke at 5.00 am this morning thinking - Yikes I am 90% operational and 10 % business!!!
